Ever since we were introduced to the deli meat and cheese with sliced raw veggies type of breakfast sandwiches offered in Europe, we've taken to making our own occasionally back here in Canada. This is what our table looks like on a European Breakfast morning. The sandwich idea is Europe's; the smile is mine.
