A few years ago our family went to Buttermilk Falls Resort for a winter weekend getaway. The lamps that came on in a snowfall at twilight there reminded me of something straight out of the Chronicles of Narnia. With a name like Buttermilk and lamps like these, the place couldn't help but give us a warm and magical time.
