Sometimes it's fun to go to more fuss than normal or necessary for a potluck contribution. This chocolatey and nutty cake was just the ticket for a family gathering this past Spring. A few circles of drizzled chocolate with a skewer drawn through, a sprinkling of peanuts around the rim, and it looked a lot more "fussy" than it actually was.
I love this! It can be so simple to make a dish look attractive.
