Just Peachy



Fresh fish fillets from the grocery - two kinds, actually - rainbow trout and salmon, a tweaked marinade recipe (using butter, apricot jam, minced garlic, mustard, lime juice and fresh peaches), about 15 minutes on the grill at medium-low heat, and we had ourselves a fantastic summer meal. Ken declared it was the best fish he ever tasted!
