Pork and Slaw


I am so happy that recently Kayleen said she's hungry for pulled pork sandwiches topped with apple-n-cranberry coleslaw, because that was all the motivation I needed to make these yummers for supper tonight.

      Elaine, the recipe is one of those that I threw together, but didn't record amounts. I can tell you that it was broccoli slaw mix, chopped frozen cranberries, and chopped apple with a dressing of Miracle Whip, lemon juice and honey.
