At first glance, these objects seem like big round bales of hay wrapped in black plastic, then in white. In reality, they are huge coils of black corrugated drain tile. They could end up in a farmer's field and be installed for proper water drainage in an effort to improve soil conditions...so they could (very) indirectly turn into big round bales of nice hay eventually.
