It seems appropriate to post a pie pic on Pi Day - March Fourteenth (3.14 ). This delectable apple pie was actually made on last Pi Day, by the daughter who is away at college on this Pi Day. So I have happy memories of her and her pie, and this day I will serve my family an apple pudding cake instead of an apple pie and I will enjoy it and them, too.
