Heather lives in northern Wisconsin, a place that holds many
growing-up memories for me. Since she is considerably younger than I am, we
haven’t spent a lot of time together in the same places. We see each other
sometimes when my family vacations/visits relatives in her home area. I
remember thinking, when Heather was born, that her parents had chosen such a lovely
name for her. From my observations over the years, I’d say she delights in
nature, is a feminine soul (among a small crowd of brothers), adores children,
and has a unique streak of flair painted down the center of her creative
canvas. She may not consider herself a professional photographer, but I do –
when I view her splendid work.
