On a warm summer evening, a number of local Mennonites gathered in a dear old church named Zion for the last hymn sing to be had in that artful place. Soon the worn-out building will be taken down - after many of the beautiful pieces are removed and taken to the homes of interested members or are set next door for reuse - and the congregation will meet in the lovely new church building on the grounds. How we made Zion ring with heartfelt hymn-singing last night!
