This food art that I designed to sell at a dessert auction several years ago is now art in our home. I printed an enlargement of the original photo, framed it, and hung it up on my kitchen wall. It's a way of enjoying fruit pizza long after it has been eaten; maybe I should have titled the photo, "Fruit Preserves".
Looks too good to eat, but I like how you "preserved" it! It's a beautiful kaleidoscope of colour! BTW, Happy Birthday to my creative niece!
